The contactzilla.com website is owned and operated by Atomica Software, a British Columbia company with a registered office on 6th floor, 171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, British Columbia, V7M 3J9 1H9.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, by complying with the requirements under applicable laws and regulations. We are equally committed to ensuring all our employees, service providers and agents uphold these obligations.

As a Data Controller, we comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force in May 2018, plus the data protection and privacy laws of Canada, United Kingdom, and Switzerland in each case as amended, repealed, consolidated, or replaced from time to time.

When data is shared with a partner, they become data controller for the data they receive and their usage of the data from that point is then governed under their applicable terms and privacy policy. International Data Transfers

6: How we use cookies
