This Policy applies to Contactzilla.com (service), a service from Cloud Managed Ltd, and describes our collection of personal information about Contactzilla users and their contacts. We are serious about privacy and we make it a priority to protect information that we obtain from and about you and your contacts both online and offline.
By using the services, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this policy. If you do not want information about you to be used in the manner set forth in this policy, please do not use the services.
“Personal information”, as mentioned in this policy, is information that can be used to identify an individual. We collect the email addresses of those who communicate via e-mail, aggregate information on which pages users access or visit and information volunteered by users (such as survey information and site registrations).
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.

Contactzilla uses the collected information for the following general purposes: provision of your chosen products and services, billing, identification and authentication, services improvements, contact and research. If you email Contactzilla, we may keep a record of your communication to help with any future issues you may face. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient and customised experience.
You may authorise other websites such as Facebook and Twitter to import information to Contactzilla.
We will retain your data for as long as your account is active.
The contact information you list for yourself will be visible to anyone you choose to share it with. If you do not want information to be made available with your shared contacts, do not include this information on your contact profile.
Information about contacts that you add to your address books will not be collected by Contactzilla and any information you choose to delete will be permanently deleted from our system.
Contactzilla is encrypted using 256bit SSL. Contactzilla’s parent company, Cloud Managed Ltd is registered under the data protection act. Registration number Z3384365.
Change of Ownership
If you choose to post information on the Contactzilla support forum, it will not be private and other users may share, copy or store it.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Contactzilla uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service. Although Contactzilla owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, you retain all rights to your data.
Contactzilla may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Contactzilla may periodically update this policy. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. We will also notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
You have the right to request a copy of personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us or send us an email. We may charge you £10 for providing this information to cover our administration costs.
You may unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time by emailing or writing to us.

As Contactzilla is a monthly subscription service, we don’t offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any point and you will not be charged again but you will remain responsible for any charges already incurred.
If you cancel your subscription after you have paid for that month, you will still be charged for the rest of the month. For example if you pay your subscription on January 1st and cancel your account on January 2nd, you will still have to pay for the rest of the month. After that, you won’t be charged again.
