We will retain your data for as long as your account is active.

The contact information you list for yourself will be visible to anyone you choose to share it with. If you do not want information to be made available with your shared contacts, do not include this information on your contact profile.

Information about contacts that you add to your address books will not be collected by Contactzilla and any information you choose to delete will be permanently deleted from our system.

Contactzilla is encrypted using 256bit SSL. Contactzilla’s parent company, Cloud Managed Ltd is registered under the data protection act. Registration number Z3384365.

Change of Ownership

We will transfer information about you if Contactzilla is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Contactzilla will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Forums

If you choose to post information on the Contactzilla support forum, it will not be private and other users may share, copy or store it.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website’s computer and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are required to use Contactzilla. We use cookies to record current session information. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to your needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. We do not use permanent cookies.

Although Contactzilla owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, you retain all rights to your data.

REFUND POLICY

As Contactzilla is a monthly subscription service, we don’t offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any point and you will not be charged again but you will remain responsible for any charges already incurred.

If you cancel your subscription after you have paid for that month, you will still be charged for the rest of the month. For example if you pay your subscription on January 1st and cancel your account on January 2nd, you will still have to pay for the rest of the month. After that, you won’t be charged again.
